Job Description
- To proactively source and develop new client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Shape the new business strategy, suggesting processes and methods of marketing the company to engage with the target audience.
- Understand the market and key client base of Savvy & Victor.
- Present Savvy & Victor to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Generate leads and set appointments with potential clients, inviting the Creative Director to appropriate meetings.
- Attend networking events outside normal business hours, making new contacts and representing the agency.
- Encourage client focus throughout the team, motivating other members of staff to ask for referrals and look for new business opportunities when appropriate.
- Ensure every opportunity is identified and maximised in order to meet sales targets.
- Represent Savvy & Victor at industry events and tradeshows, presenting your professional manner and polished appearance to assist with new business leads and contacts.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of clients marketing and PR objectives.
- Ensure Savvy & Victor remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
- Log pitches made, record successes and failures with reasons, report on pitch successes in the monthly new business meetings.
Operational
- Manage the sales process to produce sales, through lead generation, pitching the agency, identifying client needs and presenting solutions.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline, making sure each lead is recorded and followed up on.
- Support the Accounts Management team with pitches as required.
- Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
- Interact effectively with the rest of the team when handing over projects and campaigns to ensure both you and they are fully and correctly briefed in all aspects of the projects.
Skills Range
- Worked as a business developer in an agency environment.
- Previous experience developing leads and assisting in winning pitches
- Success building strong relationships and rapport with client.
- Great presentation and client-facing skills their business in order to provide an excellent service.
- Confident on the telephone, articulate, good communicator.

Job Description
- To oversee and respond to the day-to-day operational needs of the studio and provide excellent support to the Managing Director and clients as directed.
Responsibilities
Manage the office
- Manage and facilitate stationery and housekeeping consumables, ensuring all stock levels are appropriate.
- Manage the timesheets, petty cash and basic finances of the agency, ensuring all are filed accurately and on time.
- Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the office facilities.
- Manage the boardroom booking diary, and other internal diaries.
- Ensure that First Aid material is appropriately stocked at all times, and maintain the register of First Aiders.
- Maintain security within the office, including the distribution of keys and security fobs.
PA support for the MD
- Book meetings and travel, handling any diary conflicts that arise.
- Provide research and other assistance.
- Oversee project flow, including ensuring deadlines of work leaving the agency are met.
- Organise, or assist in, all company events, and provide support for client events when required.
- Manage and maintain a supplier database for internal use.
- Assist with projects, pitches and presentations, including booking meetings, travel, logistics and other tasks.

This role will involve working directly with a number of our key clients. We will expect you to lead the devising of marketing communication strategies and to liaise with other members of the agency to help bring client campaigns together.
This role requires a confident, organised and detailed candidate with previous experience of working within an agency.
Professional and personal skills:
- Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Maintaining and updating customer databases
- 5 years+ of marketing experience
- Sourcing and securing sponsorship
- Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Developing and evaluating marketing campaigns
- CIM qualifications preferable
